With gimmicky and obvious rhythms, Mogama is only mildly interesting and KV Mahadevan’s Vasandha Maaligai classic, Oru kinnathai has been mauled beyond recognition in its exceptionally noisy and messy remix. Kashmir konduva is the typical Namitha song, with a moaning Anushka and some discreet mention of volleyball, for obvious reasons. Bumper vacha brings back memories of the director’s super hit of yore, Vethala potta from Amaran and is adequately raucous and catchy while Sexy sanyasi is misleading – the ‘Not today honey, I’ve a headache’ when you’re expecting something else. Composer Yatish goofs up and stutters in his maiden soundtrack.
