Masura pochey continues to push Tamil lyrics’ tolerance, with engaging faux-retro singing by Gantasaala Raju, set to Shameer Sultan’s quirky tune. Vishal Chandrashekhar’s lounge’y, psychedelic sound in Kaatrodu is aptly handled by Anandi Chandrashekhar, while he also excels in the wonderfully vaudevillian Many Moods of An Accordion. Antony Dasan’s tune and Mani Amuthavan’s lines in Cinemaakaran beautifully captures the melancholy of Kollywood’s cinema aspirants. The title song, Raghu Dixit’s Tamil film debut, is a rollicking ride, with Antony Dasan’s joyous vocals and nadaswaram. Javed Riaz’s Fight Till Finish is the only generic piece in the soundtrack.
