100% Love (Music review), Telugu – Devi Sri Prasad

Posted by Karthik

Adnan Sami sounds different but good in the charming piano and violin fusion, Infatuation! Sans the violin, Tippu’s Dhooram achieves a similar high, with an even more engaging melancholic tune! Harini’s Thiru thiru uses the carnatic base cleverly like a consummate K.Balachander concept! Aho Balu and A Square are standard foot-tapping Devi material with an extra effort that makes them work, while That is Mahalakshmi has an uniquely engrossing rock sound with fantastic vocals by Richard. Diyalo is the only track that is boringly recycled with Devi’s past output, despite the catchy folk touch. A thoroughly engaging soundtrack from DSP!
