Hello is plain silly and I sincerely hope the makers have blocked the mobile number being used as the song’s highlight. The hip-hop flavored Tikhi tikhi and trance-infused Loving you work decently on the instant-gratification score. Considering director David R. Ellis didn’t have any situation for musical distractions, leave alone time, in the breathtakingly fast script of Cellular, Vikram Bhatt’s brief to music-man Pritam may have been fairly straight – “Chaar dinchak gaane de de yaar!” Pritam delivers just that.
