Vishal embellishes Rara ravera’s heady, catchy tune with a cornucopia of interesting sounds; Hemachandra’s enthusiastic vocals and the folk lilt makes it a great listen. Ditto for the title song by Ranjith; starts off in M.M.Keeravani’s zone and takes off with the addictive hook. Nuvvante na navvu is a crafty mix of a Ilayaraja-style melody layered on a waltz’y note, handled well by Haricharan and Sinduri. The tune’s features come out even better in the evocative pathos version, Aa seetha devaina. Ulikipadaku’s rock sound is punchy, even as it parses into a regimental-style sound. Very listenable, fun mix from Vishal!
