Aayiram kaalamai is an interesting vocal mix of Gowri Lakshmi’s stylish rendition and Maqbool Mohammed’s more folksy rendition, set to a lively lilting tune. Tharangal padunne‘s rousing sound is nice enough, but the tune just seems to be meandering along, though Rex’s delivery is pretty impressive. Kunni mani wears its eclectic style explicitly as Suchith Suresan traverses through multiple musical styles, though with varying results. The soundtrack’s best is Dheera charitha, styled like a larger-than-life celtic tune that Job Kurian completely aces with his singing. Rex’s ambition shows in the soundtrack, but the tunes are a mixed bag, at best.
