Barring the innovative word-play invoking James Bond, Virat Kohli and Kamal Haasan for the bridge words, Vroom vroom‘s monotonous and gimmicky tune hardly sustains any interest. Aanaalum indha mayakkam‘s lilting Bollywood’ish rhythm keeps it fairly engaging. The grungy title song seems better as background music, though Vaikom Vijayalakshmi, in the female version, owns the song with her typically stylish rendition. Gaana gaana, that Charmme ‘item song’, is templatized Imman-style kuthu, but with considerably less impact. Mysterious Impact, the instrumental piece, is racy, trippy and exotic! In an effort to go outright commercial, Imman seems to have lost his usual punch.
