The title song by Jeet Ganguly uses the Aashiqui 2 template well, with Ankit delivering too. Jeet’s other, Georgia sae Jalandhar is a middling dance track salvaged by Master Salim’s enthusiastic singing. Jaidev Kumar pitches in with two songs – Arijit propels Judaa‘s sweeping tune well even as Jaidev layers the limited background sound to impressive effect. In the other, Das dae, Jaidev goes Punjabi, given his forte – a soulful, melancholic Punjabi pop melody by Mohit Chauhan. Bilal Saeed’s Mohabbat yeh is ordinary Pakistani-pop; it’s reprise is substandard. Jeet’s title song and Jaidev reasonably prop this Aashiqui 2 knock-off.
