Including that vehicle horn interlude and lyrics made of Shivrajkumar film titles, Bossu nam bossu is massy and catchy, in Arjun’s usual funky vocals! But Jai bajarangi and Re re bajarangi, despite valiant effort from Shankar Mahadevan and Kailash Kher, respectively, sound at best like background music. Thankfully, Karthik and Anuradha Bhat make ample amends in Jiya teri and Sri Krishna, respectively – former, a wonderfully pleasant melody and the latter, a soulful modern prayer! Arjun finally breaks into the so-called big league of Kannada film industry, by composing for a Shivrajkumar film! Good going Mr.Janya! What next? Tamil? Telugu?
