Paramathma (Music review), Kannada – V Harikrishna

Yavaniggothu holds a really engaging tune behind that rather simplistic rhythm, something that Harikrishna seems to have made his own, as a combination! The composer croons the hugely enjoyable title song that banks on that same combination! Yogaraj Bhat Composer Harikrishna excels in the vocals of Kathlalli karadige, yet another fabulously rhythmic song that digs into a gorgeous folk style. The pensive and slow Hesaru poorthi is Vani Harikrishna’s show, while the showstopper of the soundtrack is Sonu’s Paravasanadenu (and Shreya’s slower version, Thanmayaladenu) with enchanting guitar that recalls Santana and an appealing, almost-Ilayaraja’ish tune! Yograj Bhat extracts sparkling music from Harikrishna!
