The item number Hey karuppa paraendaa is a surprisingly spunky number; kudos to Suchitra’s superb singing! Karuvarai karuvarai is the only odd one out…using stock everything – tune and backgrounds, even though Palakkad Sriram does sing it with all his heart! The melody master never disappoints and this soundtrack is no exception!
