Enna pulla opens the soundtrack with honest, pathos-laden vocals by Vidyasagar, while Tippu does the same in Vanathai vittu, amidst innovative backgrounds and absorbing interludes. Ippave’s routine orchestration and rhythm actually camouflages a lovely, longing tune and Karthik’s inspiring vocals, like its lyrics, are impressive in the interestingly tuned Nanba. DJ DJ doesn’t fit the melody-rich soundtrack, but all that’s forgotten once Mazhai nindra starts! This is one delightful melody with beautiful lyrics and fabulous singing by Kalyani! After a brief lean patch with a couple of below average soundtracks, Vidyasagar bounces back confidently with his unique brand of melodies!
