His other song, Chingamaasathile has Anoop Mohandas breathing life into a retro-style melody, but set to a spanking new, ambient sound, with lovely guitar by John himself. John’s guitar adorns composer K’s Kaathirunna pakshi njan too, a delightful melody that Karthik handles like a pro. Sunil Mathai and Savio Laz brilliantly handle Puzhu pulikal, Vinayakan’s punchy and soulful composition. Kammatipaadam’s soundtrack is thematic, and resonant.
