Ghoom gayi has a nice languorous groove, no doubt accentuated by Sunidhi’s vocals and Hitesh’s guitar backdrop. Swaroop Khan and Hitesh sound amateurish in the title song; the middling tune doesn’t help either. Hitesh sounds appalling in Sapnon ko, though the pensive tune is not bad at all. Javed Ali raises the soundtrack’s singing standard in Sar utha ke, but the tune has a staid inspirational template. Amole Gupte’s guest composition, Choolhe ke angaarey, has simple, evocative tune and his own poignant lyrics, but as a singer, he mauls it. Awkward soundtrack from the otherwise competent Hitesh; patchy vocals too!
