Endha ulagil is a lovely melody; simple and immensely hummable, and accentuated by Naresh’s singing. Unnai ondru too, with a distinct sound reminiscent of composer Adityan’s backgrounds, is an engaging listen, thanks to Sriram Parthasarathy and Sudha Raghunathan’s excellent vocals. The soundtrack goes downhill from here – Enakkena is badly sung and hastily assembled, while Podi podi pennae makes a hopeless mish-mash of the Middle-Eastern template, and while Aanum illa doesn’t even deserve a mention, the theme music is funnily haphazard. Dinesh and Charles Bosco’s music starts off fairly well, but goes terribly haywire and leaves the soundtrack in lurch.
