Luv Ka The End (Music review), Hindi – Ram Sampath

Suman Sridhar’s child-woman’ish vocals rock Tonight; that spruced up Coldplay’ish tune helps a lot. The bubblegum sound works occasionally; so, it works great in Aditi Singh Sharma’s catchy title song, and in Ali Zafar’s F.U.N fun funaa that whips up a heady punk rock mix. Where it falters is in Freak out – a laundry list of youth aspirations in a predictable package. Krishna Beura’s The mutton song is a techno-remix of a standard Shankar Ehsaan Loy template; funnily passable. Jimmy Moses’ 44-second bonus track, Heppy budday beybee is more a curse than a bonus. Intermittently appealing soundtrack from Ram Sampath.
