Salim Sulaiman finally have some long-overdue international recognition. Yes, they’ve notched up a Daytime Emmy nomination under the category, ‘Outstanding Original Song – Children’s and Animation’, for their track, ‘We like being small‘ for the series ‘The Wonder Pets’ in Nickelodeon! Whether they will end up winning this award is immaterial – the nomination, in itself, marks a fantastic follow-up to the country’s recent success at the Academy Awards. I have tremendous respect for the duo based on their score for Nagesh Kukunoor’s Dor and they’ve been delivering quality work, quite consistently. Great going….Salim and Sulaiman bhai. You guys deserve this recognition!
