Boom boom boom must be the nth version of Sajid Wajid’s Soni de nakhre from Partner – refuses to work after so many reworks. Tu is straight out of a badly recorded, oddly sung first-time Indi-pop singer’s album of the early 90s – strange song to hand over to the usually dependable Mohit Chauhan. Sun soniye at least has some fresh singing from Mohammed Irfan and Antara Mitra, within a reasonably likeable Latino ballad style. But Tarli Digital’s Nachde Punjabi brings things back to painfuldom with the boringest (!) Punju tune ever. Ajab for ajab’s sake soundtrack from Sajid Wajid!
