The title song has all the necessary coolth, topped by Vishal Dadlani’s funky vocals. Kadhal kan kattudhe sees Anirudh join Shakthishree Gopalan to deliver a very pleasant, but now-predictable, Anirudh’ish melody. I’m so cool is mighty cool till Sivakarthikeyan’s ‘Wow, what a music’ shoutout! Still, the package and chorus clicks well. Anthony Dasan gets a lovely faux-folk tune in Kattikida, and Anirudh’s rhythm and backgrounds holds the song damn well. Shake that doesn’t shake anything specific and the two themes don’t add up to anything either. Anirudh’s music is now getting into a signature style – that’s not entirely comforting.
