Dabangg 2 (Music review), Hindi – Sajid Wajid

Dagabaz re, that post-marriage addendum to Tere mast mast do nain, uses vastly similar tricks, to impress, again. PandeyJi Seeti seems to be constructed especially for Salman’s hip movement… and occasionally ours too. After using Zandu Balm in the earlier film, it’s Fevicol’s time in Fevicol se, but the tune is so embarrassingly 80s. Saanson ne too is so utterly outdated, plus has Tulsi Kumar (enough said), that it is immensely soporific. Dabangg Reloaded is nothing but overdoing the former hit to the point of exhaustion. The sequel’s soundtrack is a faithful follow-up – a bit too annoyingly faithful, at times.
