But the composer knows what works and how, as is evident in Penne nee illamal, with the right placement of hooks and apt use of his well-known sense of rhythm. The latter is accentuated in Vaanathila nilavu and Vaada vaada nanba, where the foot-tapping sound takes over everything and adds a good dose of listenable fun! Enuyirin uyiraaga is the kind of melody the man churns in Telugu in his sleep… and it oddly continues to be likeable! Devi Sri Prasad template, no doubt, but enjoyable stuff, this.
