Boomilyil is in Santhosh’s usual style but the use of guitar and violins is different this time, and Pradeep Kumar’s singing of this soft melody is excellent! Disco woman seems like an extension of Uyir Mozhi’s Andril paravai – competent retro disco, well sung by Dhee. Kaanum gnyanam is wonderfully inventive – Kalyani Nair’s sparse vocals complement beautifully with the moody, tantalizing violin-loaded set-up! Gana Bala gets a grungy rock song in Pa Pa and he does it really well! The two instrumental pieces are good listens too! Santhosh’s music is getting precariously familiar, but it also remains interestingly unique!
