Pritam re-use of a part of Bally Sagoo’s Gud naal ishq mitha is competent – heady Punjabi’ness; Tochi’s version trumps Sukhwinder’s, incidentally! Aao na is more energetic than the usual Pritam melody – good listen, barring Tulsi Kumar. She’s intrudes in Halki halki too, where Shaan tries hard to salvage the predictable goodness-all-around tune. Falak Shabir’s Judaai is pleasant, but too familiar within the Bhatts School of Music. In Aaja meri jaan, Mauli Dave offers a superb rendition of one of Pancham’s favorite tunes (Saagar and Aaja Meri Jaan, the film!). I Love NY’s soundtrack is aural equivalent of candy-floss!
