Race Gurram (Music review), Telugu – Thaman S

Posted by Karthik

Shreya Ghoshal does damn well in Boochade, carrying the racy tune in her own style. Siddarth Mahadevan delivers Sweety perfectly, given the easily appealing, breezy melody. Thaman cranks up the rhythm in Cinema choopistha and the catchy sound carries it easily, while Dinesh Kanagaratnam seems like a great choice for the captivating hip hop in Gala gala. Down down duppa is one hook extended well in a glitzy techno plus dub-step sound. The title song Thaman’s signature kuthu sound used for the n’th time, but thanks to Usha Uthup, it exudes manic energy. This race horse is worth the bet!
