Aagayam‘s choir-like opening is juxtaposed with a rather disjoint dubstep mix; the result is pretty interesting! Haricharan sounds good in the foot-tapping Orakkanna sachu nee, that possibly and interestingly touches upon Karaharapriya raaga. Meesa kokkuthan, a kuthu song, is sans any specific impact barring Saranya Ponvannan’s singing! Va idhu nethiyadi sounds like an ode to Raja’s Aasai nooru vagai, with Mano and a jaded LR Eeswari propping the Vakulabharanam-style raaga. Money money, despite all the heavy lifting from Ranjith, is strictly passable. After two soundtracks in Tamil, one each in Kannada and Telugu, Premji is back with more interesting music!
