Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum (Music review), Telugu – Mani Sharma

Posted by Karthik

Arare pasi manasa concocts a Nayagan-style Nila Adhu with accordion and guitar, while Sye andre naanu seems too techno for the kind of street-smart feel it attempts, though Shreya’s vocals are flawless. SPB’s epic title song is an expansive, musical story-telling by Mani Sharma! Spicy spicy girl‘s passable bounce is vintage Mani, as much as Chal chal chal where he plays around with the funky sound aided well by Joanna’s vocals. Ranga marthanda progresses impressively between tavil, street-band and grunge, while the Evolution theme too holds interesting appeal! Finally a soundtrack where Mani Sharma does something different… and it works!

  • It surely deserves a 200. See the quality in orchestration. Top album in terms of quality in recent times (in Telugu). Mani Sharma is back with a bang. Also watch the trailer of movie, Karthik.

  • Fresh music… Mani saved Telugu people from DSP and Thaman 😉

  • vinay

music is good, but manisharma has taken from other albums

  • ringa
  • ganga kartheek

Karthik, I am little disappointed that the title songs was only described in a single line. It deserves much more than that. Music may be impressed from few other songs what matters here is how narrated an epic story into a song. I know you have 100 words limit but instead of wasting lines for other songs you could have made place for that song. This is just a suggestion.
