Music review: Wanted (Hindi – Sajid Wajid)

Posted by Karthik

Everything about Love me is corny and moronic, while Ishq vishq is a confused mishmash where Kamaal Khan seems to have forgotten a huge chunk of his lyrics. Dil leke does have a nice, senti melody, but that background music doesn’t gel. Le le mazaa le is groovy – exotic sound akin to Viju Shah’s Tamma ele (Aar Ya Paar), but the shameless hero-worship noise fest, Jalwa, is painful. Wajid and Sunidhi’s enthusiasm alone saves the otherwise routine Bhojpuri-styled Tose pyaar karte hain. Salman’s lyrics and utterances in Most Wanted Track (!) merely translates Rajinikant’s Tamil punchlines! Not so Wanted.

Keywords: Salman Khan, Ayesha Takia, Prabhudeva, Mahesh Babu, Vijay, Pokiri

    That was quick!
BTW how is it vis-a-vis Mani’s Pokiri score?

I’m not particularly fond of the Telugu or Tamil Pokiri soundtrack 🙂

why do these guys ensure that they dont improve on their product when they are remaking it for the third time …..same trash being dished out again and again ??

Well, and the Ishq Vishq song has a loop quite resembling to song Amadeus by dj ganz de ville.
